Have you ever been called a mod-whore? Do you get frustrated with rule-breakers? Fear not!! Here's a tool for you that will make your encounter with the "wrong" kind on LF much less painful

1. Use the REPORT BUTTON ( / / ) to report bad posts.

2. Put away your mod-whore hat. (see re-post of mod-whoring announcement below)

Our jobs encompass a wide array of duties including one of the most important, warning those who break the rules. This is our job as moderators, NOT YOURS.

While we appreciate the good intentions of non-moderators warning those who double post, spam, post in the wrong forum, etc., this is known in the internet world as mod-whoring and is thoroughly frowned upon.

The best thing the general membership of Lost-Forum can do to help the Staff would be to use the warn button.

Please leave the moderating to the moderators. Thanks. =)

3. Do not take rule-breaking or enforcement of rules personal. This is a ginormous forum...we need the law and order to keep this place from inploding.

4. Do not abuse the report button. If you are searching the forum for bad posts like a police K9 looking for fugitives, you ARE abusing the report button.
