For those who wanted to know why Walt asked Michael if he was alone...

Now that I think of it though, if he has made a deal to get Walt back, and if you are supposed to assume he is really talking to Walt on the computer, why would Walt be worried about the others seeing him on the computer? He says he can't talk long because they will be back soon.

You all saw the "Who are you / Mole" animation on the hansa project website, right ? That might give us a hint that the one on the other end is a Mole and not Walt ...

The only thing is that the mole response shows up where it would have been Michael's response. - not irrefutable proof, but very suspicious!

That can't be right .. I remember Eko and Jin catching up with Michael and right there and then he was still yelling out for Walt.

I think also he heard what was going on on the tape but didn't act on it and continued messing with the computer pure out of curiousity. I know I would in his situation. I think he is somewhat obsessed with finding Walt back which is absolutely normal behaviour concidering he's a parent and hasn't had much chance yet to be that (which he does always has wanted to be).

My point, mr Execute was not that Michael was a mole, but the one on the other end of the chat-line

Of course it could still be Walt afterall .. it's Lost .. anything could happen

That is indeed quite right and did cross my mind while typing that post. However I will not believe for a second that Michael would be a mole. Or maybe it indicates he will become one which are the speculations right now but I don't buy that. Maybe he will become one later in the show. Either way I would be VERY surprised if we see something like this in the next couple of episodes (should be the very next one)

I think it's a good theory that Michael is working out a trade with the others

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but I find it a little odd that Michael sits down at the exact moment that Walt chooses to re-open contact...
