What is the significance of Jack's car? Give me one good goddam reason why a doctor drives an old jeep. This HAS to mean something right?

My guess is that its some stupid Jack-esque reason like it use to belong to an old friend or something like that and he can't live without the memory of that car

It's not some old Jeep. It's a Ford Bronco. Those old school Broncos are sorta classics. It's not exactly worth $50,000, but it's a cool ride. It's possible he has another ride, OR he just doesn't care about fancy cars.
