In a TV show about time travel and monsters, this is one unbelievable thing?

Yes, Mike. Can't you tell by how seriously we're taking this? ;)

I haven't posted in a few years, but I felt the need to log in to agree and share a good laugh about this thread.

Cheers, see you in another 3 years! :w00t:

I'm fat and I could get out. I'm not Hurley fat, though, so good question.

I'd say that Locke parked his car AFTER Hugo, but then Locke would be to blame over the park job. Maybe Hugo hired a driver... and he was dropped off at the door? He IS rich afterall.

No way, Locke has to use the passenger side for his wheelchair.

Hurley just has a movie to promote so he's looking for a little controversy. (See Kevin Smith and Southwest Air conflict)

Simple. He opened his door, scratched the side of Locke's van, and said "Dude. How am I gonna get out of here?"

He then sucked in his gut and attempted to climb into passenger side. Failing at this, he back the Hummer up, got out and called Ted, his personal assistant.

"Ted, do me a favor and park my truck."

"You're the boss!" Ted said, then parked the vehicle.

"You're awesome, dude." Then Hurley slipped him a $100 dollar bill, and wondered how he was going to get back inside.

That's what I thought at first, but they're referring to the fact that Hurley wouldn't have been able to fit through.

Something that didn't occure to me seeing as we drive on the other side of the road in the UK!

Maybe Hurley is so rich he's importing cars from Europe (driver side opposite from American cars FYI). Kinda' a stretch... but hey!

I've parked tighter than that and still gotten out. I got out through my trunk, but Hurley could have gotten out the other side or the back end. It definitely looks like an oversight, though. If they'd just had Hurley back in, it wouldn't have mattered (and would have made more sense as to why he parked that close).

Isn't it obvious? Hurley parked there in 1977 before Locke's car was there, got out, then "flashed" to the present where Locke's car was parked next to it. :p

Nah.. that's só last season! He just turned into a pillar of black smoke, 'judged' some poor fellah that happened to be passing by and got to his meeting.. Imagine the looks on the faces of the boardmembers when he forgot to change back o.0

Just rewatched it. There's a big enough gap according to me for Hurley's door to be opened and for him to get out.

But nice thread anyway.

As Hurley rolls up, he waves at one of the bosses and they start talking...

Boss: Wow, nice wheels boss.

Hurley smiles in all his confidence and happiness.

Hurley: Take her for a spin if you like.

he obviously has enough room to get out of the drivers side door. the wheelchair elevator just takes up too much room.
