The Healing Pool and wet walt

In one of the previous seasons one of the losties had a visit from what I remember to be a "wet walt" who seemed to be speaking backwards??

I was wondering if anyone else had thought of a connection between the healing pool and this apparition.

Just a random thought that popped into my head.....

I thought the wet walt had to do with the underwater station where they had Jack in season 3...or the fact that there were 2 islands.

it was Shannon, and the "wet walt" as we've understood it is because the last time we saw walt he was being kidnapped on the raft.

I'm sure he was wet because it was raining..

I'd have to go back and check, but it didn't start raining until after she first sees walt.

This could be something, he was dripping wet as if coming out of a pool/beach, not rain socked.

My thought upon reading this thread's title was a link between the submerged 2004 island and Walt. If i remember correctly Walt was really soaked, as if he just got out of the water.. not just a little rain.
What if 'wet walt' would come from the submerged 2004 to deliver a message.. 'leaking' trough imaginary time if you will. Meh, maybe im reaching here...

I was thinking more along the lines that ...

a) You get severely injured
b) Placed in the pool
c) There is a "dispute" over your "soul" until this is resolved you kinda mooch round the island. You either return to your body or it gets claimed.

I don't think it's a bad idea
But I'd rather say it was because of the raft, he might've jumped to the water to scape, no success, oooooooooooooooooooor now there is a new choice: Island under water.

maybe it was the man in black. shannon got shot right after she heard some whispers by anna lucia who also heard spokey whispers. mib wanted shannon to die because she would make sayid all happy. to mib, he's supposed to be a bad guy.

you know how whenever the others are around, you hear whispers...i think thats mib warning the losties that they should hide or they'll get caught.
