I read another version that said he just "brushed up against her." Seems fishy to me...

The details do seem to change with each story, yeah.

Hopefully this results in a quick out-of-court settlement.

I hope it's just a case of her being a gold digger...or maybe SHE was the one making the advances and he turned her down ("a woman scorned"...?)

I was sad when I heard about this. I hope that it's really just something getting blown out of proportion. I'd imagine that if she was truly a victim, she wouldn't have been fired...that just doesn't make sense to me.

I won't make any judgment on this until the verdict on this is out. It sucks if it's true and it sucks if it's not :(

I just read this, and thought there goes another good actor making a stupid mistake to fired, like Michelle, Cynthina, etc. Who done the "time". lol. Hawaii must love criminal stars. Okay, jokes.

But I hope it's not true, and this is just a rumor. Though at least Emile didn't give a lawsuit to Dom in one of the bloopers where he said he didn't mean to grab his ass like that. Yeah that was funny. Though you never know.

As far as I remember Michelle wasn't fired because of DUI but like Adewale she was supposed to be on the show for just one season from the beginning.Don't know about Cynthia ,though.

If that happened in 2007 and she was also fired that year then why the heck we 're hearing about this just now?
And even if it turns out to be true ,I don't think that D&C will develop the story in order to as soon as possible get rid of Henry. I guess there a certian plan for Desmond and Henry won't go anywhere until Desmond's story will be finished.

Remember Daniel Dae Kim was charged for DUI and how did it inluence on his presence on the show...? We still have him and doesn't seem to go anywhere. But who knows how serious the accusations are...

When an actor is popular or plays a popular, 'nice' character viewers/ fans often tend to automatically have 'disbelief' when something bad/unpleasant is reported about them.

The truth is though that actors are 'regular people' who are just as capable of doing stupid/terrible etc things as anybody else. And unfortunately for them their high profiles make them more vulnerable to scrutiny and judgement etc via media as well.

I too do not wish to diminish the alledged victim in any way, however until due process occurs shouldn't we still give him the benefit of a doubt? Whatever happened with 'considered innocent until proven guilty'?

I doubt anyone here would like to think Cusick is guilty as alleged. Whether he is or not obviously remains to be determined by the legal powers that be. It would be mortifying to hear that the allegations are true but for now I think keeping an 'open mind' for both sides makes sense.

I hope they clear it up soon so it doesn't affect Desmond's role on the show. Even if its a false accusation it could look bad.
