Sawyer (james) was so sweet in this episode, I loved when he said why didn't try to stay, I mean If I was here I would've thrown myself at him at the time lol.
I had always wondered why is Kate so desperate to go back, I'm glad he told her what is waiting for her, I want her answer though, I know she knows she's not gonna be free, but did she plan on keep on running?

This episode gets 10/10. Aside from the big OMGWTF scene at the end of the episode...there's a ton a great quotes.
Sweet moments:

My heart broke for Sawyer tonight. It was a wonderful episode for the two of them. Almost like every scene they have ever had together, came down to that moment. Was it just me, or was Josh Holloway sexier than ever in this episode? When he was standing up against the wall and said, "If that sort of thing turns you on, yeah." Awesome. It strangely feels like it's almost over, yet there are still 2 more season's to go after this. I'm very curious to know what Sawyer's stories are going to be like once Kate leaves.

I thought Kate's reaction to Jack asking Juliet to go the beach for Des was rather entertaining... and then her all rubbing in the fact that Sayid told Jack to stay behind...Now you know how I feel.... and Jack's response.... I actually laughed... He never makes me laugh. Anyway... good ep. I'll even forgive them for the snail's pace plot development this season seems to have picked right back up with.

I feel like the people who get off the island, sold there souls to the devil. They are off the island and miserable. I think that they left at the wrong time. Team locke was right. Ben got them all under his control. I do think that ben is either in the coffin or he will die during some kind of battle(o6 must go back for sanity sake). Good episode, one of the most interesting thing is ben traveling back and forth. How is that possible?

Nice episode. Sure, I kinda miss when we actually used to see the whole cast in one episode, but meh. Nice Sayid episode, actually. But I have to say, I'm just not a fan of his romances. I hated Shayid with a passion, but I was pretty partial to Shoone. But the bit at the end when she was actually tried to kill him as well was awesome. Great twist.

Oh my god, that scene with Sawyer and Kate was adorable. I was just begging ONE of them to mention the conversation in "Born to Run". I loved the parallels between that episode and how much their attitudes towards one another has changed. But I still love both attitudes! :D I'm so excited for next week!

That. was. perfect. Truly OTP style. The music, the sweetness that raw emotion on Sawyer's face. He's in it for good and the fact that he's actually letting Kate KNOW that is just suck a huge thing!! :D Breaks my heart to know that she will leave pretty soon.

But yeah: That Skate scene was just another nail in the coffin for Jate. Skate is playing house. Sawyer is ready to spend his life with Freckles.

Promos for next week had my heart going four times as fast as it normally would. That was HAWT!

i havent seen it yet cos i am waiting for sunday to watch on sky. It sounds amazing though.i beleive he can get 'us' of the island. She wants to be with him too just not on the island for some unknown reason which i wished she could answer, but hey its kate ha ha.
As great as it is that he is ready to be with her, he does have his own agenda to keep her there and not leave the island. He does not think he has anything to offer her away from the Island as Ben kindly pointed out to him ha ha. Maybe he really does want to leave as well but is just really insecure.

oh and i wouldnt be surprised if Ben does more of that just to keep him there. He is clearly involved in who goes and stays.

Does it not also look like whatever they are doing in the future is to protect those still on the island and ben is manipulating sides.
Maybe ben decides who goes and kate and sawyer through manipulation they don't get a choice with him.

The skate scene almost made me cry, it was so adorable. All the questions we were asking, why did kate wanna leave? seems like she started to ask herself that question too. Sawyer, omg, wanna play house! Little house on the othersville :giggle: :) I loved that scene!!

Sayid FF was pretty boring IMO, untill the end, my jaws dropped like OMFG BEN????? no way! This is just getting better and better.

So why did Jack still stay on the island? And WHY are they showing so little of Juliet!! And so Desmond got off too, but he can´t be counted as oceanic 6 either...

I just finished watching the scene..yes some of Sayid's FF was boring apart from one thing...man he looked hot!!! :thud: and if I hadn't known the spoiler before I'd be WTF :eek: with the reveal of him working for Ben!!

The first time we saw Sayid kill at the golf court, sorry but that must be one of the most hilarious assassin scene I have seen..after Sayid shoots this guy, he walks away and asp he passed by the golf court..SPRINKLERS comes on?! Wtf? :crackup: it just was so out of place, so IRONIC and funny that I could help going WTF?? and then go :crackup: the next minute. Someone who wrote this scene must have some sick sense of humor lol

Now I am really starting to doubt Locke...still don't think he's all bad but I am very unsure..he's turning into a Ben himself...

I liked Jack in this episode too. Also did I imagine it or did Naomi wear the bracelet that the woman in Sayid's FF wore? Very interesting..

Also I am starting to find Faraday abit unnerving too..he's just too goofy and too nerdy...something is UP there. As for the pilot dude..I like him so far..but I am not trusting ANY of the freighter ppl....they're up to no good.

i fell in love with them all over again, and even harder!

there are such real emotions between them and i just adore the way Sawyer looks at her. the love and concern in his eyes is undeniable. i have really enjoyed seeing how much Sawyer has changed since being on the island, basically his heart has thawed, and a lot of that has to do with Kate. these two could have a really nice future together, so i hope the show doesn't let us down ;)

can't wait for next week! i know Sawyer doesn't want to leave, but i'm still holding onto the idea that the "he" Kate needs to get back to in TTLG is Sawyer.\

Still soooo super stoked about 'the scene' in 'The Economist' from last night.
I just re-watched the episode with my Mum and when the Skate theme song started swelling and Sawyer's all, 'Why don't we find out.' about he and Kate playing 'house', I turned to my Mum and said, 'How could she say 'No.' to that face! He's such a lovesick puppy!'
It was, in my opinion, the first *truly* Skate worthy scene on the Season. They've really only had the one other 'What are you doing?' 'Doing what I always do...surviving.' scene really, in the Premiere, and that wasn't very Skate-y at all, aside from Sawyer's begrudgingly following Locke, but obviously instantly regretting having to leave her behind and Kate being seriously confused about everyone suddenly choosing sides, but not so much that she wasn't going to speak up and immediately protest when she saw Sawyer start to walk over towards Locke.
Re-watching that scene over again (I re-watched all 3 of Season 4's first ep's, cuz my Mum just got back from Mexico and hadn't watched any of 'em until tonight) I'm surprised Kate didn't say, 'Uhh..What the Hell's going on?' after explaining that Naomi was truly dead to everyone when she arrived.
Cuz seriously she was like the absolute *last* person to show up at the 'party' and everyone at that point was already, crying and arguing and Jack had just finished trying to kill Locke and she has no clue what had happened to Charlie, or about his warning to Desmond about the people from the Freighter not being who they say they are, etc, etc...the whole "Dividing of the Tribe" must have been seriously, *seriously* confusing for her to have to watch...it sure would have been for me, if I'd been in her shoes!
Anyways...can't wait for the Skate-y goodness in the next episode, if the preview had any indication, we're in for (hopefully) more than one Skate scene this time around.
This is a little Off-topic, but is anyone else really diggin' the Boaties, so far?
I've lovin' Daniel (so quirky and cute) and Miles (such a sarcastic smartass - a boy after Sawyer's own heart - can't wait 'til they finally meet - they'll be like two positively charged ions!), Frank's growing on me steadily (seems like a sweet old guy, those hawaiian shirts, those piercingly bright blue eyes!) and Charlotte's in the 'okay, I guess for now' pile, still haven't decided whether I like her, but I don't dislike her - I do like that there's finally a redhead on the Island - been waiting for one to show up!
It's funny, cuz usually I'm really hesitant to like any 'newbies' that just barge their way in (*cough* Nikki, Paulo *cough*) or are really abrasive (Ana-Lucia) or I just plain never really warm up to for whatever reason (Libby, Juliet) but with the Freighter Four, everyone's so different and unique, I liked Daniel and Miles like instantly, and that's like totally unheard of for someone like me who tends to be opposed to sudden 'changes' in my absolute favorite T.V. shows.
Anyways, it's just the vibe I'm getting, I guess and the way they were all introduced was pretty neat...they all kinda give me this sorta 'long-time' feel...as if they've been in on a lot of the Dharma/Island related goings-on for a long time and we've already known them, almost...kinda hard to explain...
Well, I'm rambling.
Skate rules! I really, really, *really* hope that Sawyer somehow makes it off the island and really *does* turn out to be the 'he' that Kate has to get back to in the Future....I know it's a long shot and totally wishful thinking, but a girl's gotta dream, right?

That was a great day to spend Valentine's Day - watching Lost lol. But it was totally worth it because it was such a good episode IMO. The Sayid ff was interesting I thought, and of course the highlight of the whole episode was the reveal of Sayid working for Ben. I was sooooooo surprised and very very happy that I was unspoiled (finally!!!) I was with my three friends and definitely gasped quite a bit at the end. And of course when the promo for next week came on I screamed OMG about ten times 'cause of Skate. My friends aren't quite as into it as I am so they were all, Woah, calm down. Basically I've been on a lost high since then. :) Now the skate scene was my second-favorite part of the episode (second only to the Ben reveal). I like wanted to cry. Sawyer loves her so much it makes my heart turn into mush. (That was my Valentine's present, that scene, and that promo ;) ) And it was so cute when she said, "How long are we going to play house?" and he responded with, "Why don't we find out?" My heart was melting. Did I mention how much I love Skate? And I can't wait for next week. But sadly I'm not quite as spoiler free as I was for this episode I know that it is Kate's ff and that things don't end well for Skate, and there's some sort of big twist, but I don't know any of the details... And I looked at the sneak peek for next week! So cute! Is it Thursday yet?

They just translated many things word for word. "To give up an information" for example, cannot be translated literally.
And you won't find young women called "Elsa" (maybe some 80 year olds). This is really a cliché.
