Robbie Williams has just become really strange recently!!! Rudebox was just a joke, right?!!
I don't think anything he's done after 'Feel' is really worth mentioning. I have a feeling he's becoming a bit depressed again too.

Although Feel is one of my all time favorite, I dont agree. Intensive Care is a very good album, with great songs, such as Ghosts, Make Me Pure, Advertising Space, The Trouble With Me and A Place to Crash. And the man is even better on stage now. I've watched his gigs on Berlin and Leeds and he did an amazing job.
But I didnt like Rudebox, the album, although I liked a few songs. It's just weird, doesnt fit him.
I dont know about the depressed stuff either. He seems to be doing pretty good lately. I mean, he always cried when singing Feel, and now he doesnt. Not even the media has said anything about it either. So I hope it's not true.

I think he may have done his career a lot of harm by not doing the Take That reunion stuff. He came across as a real arrogant sod in that documentary. His bank balance has grown bigger along with his ego.

I think he did the right thing by not joining TT again. He doesnt need, he's bigger than TT now, and he never did like TT. He didnt have a good relationship with the producers, with some members of the band, so it's better this way. They cant pretend nothing happened just cause he's a huge star now. And they're doing ok without him either, so let it be.
Of course he owes a lot to them, cause he wouldnt be here otherwise, but it was never a part of him.
And I never really liked TT. I've only became a Rob fan after he left it.

I danced with Robbie when he was on TV years ago, when he first started and have always followed him since. He was a very nice man back then all be it a cheeky one - nothing's changed.
He can be a big pain in the ass but that's him. I can't help but like him although his new stuff is err...a little different.

I've nothing against TT ;)
I just dont like boybands. Not my thing.
But I do agree about Rudebox. Hope the next album will be better, as IC was!

Have to admit to being a bit of a fan of our Rob and actually I've like everything he's released so far.
I don't blame him for not doing the TT thing. It was blatantly obvious that there was alot that wasn't said in the documentary. Don't believe for a moment that Mr Barlow or Mr Williams were a bundle of laughs to be around at the end.
They were very young and under huge pressure.
However, I'm inclined to agree with Betty that he does seem to be sounding very down again.

I like some of his songs, but honestly, I HATE him with a passion. I hate his general attitude and his face. He looks like a perv' to me.

which is just plain weird!
i don't know why robbie is bothering when guy just screwed him over.

Just stumpled accross this hidden thread :w00t: and I think it's time to dust off this thread (untouched for nearly 5 months ) 'cause I am a die die hard fan too.
He made my summer 2006!
Sure, it has become a bit quite around him...but I'm absolutely ok with that. Doing this soccer thing seems to make him happy but there's another reason for looking forward to Februrary:clap: if he'll really launching the new album.
Then we'll see what musical way he is developing in. But as far as I appreciate doing his own music thing I hope I'll get along with that :giggle:
btw;) beside MF he is the other man for my lonley island
