Well, you could use the song Open your eyes. I love this song!
And in the part they sing "Tell me that you'll open your eyes" you could use the scene when Locke opens his eyes in Walkabout and the scene when Juliet opens her eyes in A Tale of 2 Cities. What do you think?
Also, you could use some scene where Locke is talking with Claire and mix with some scene where Juliet is talking with Jack. It will look like they're talking with each other.
