I think I may have seen the same woman in both the Others camp and the funeral. When Michael is first brought in to the Others camp, the camera sort of pauses on one of the older women (she has medium-length brown hair...face a little wrinkly). At the funeral, she's standing behind Hurley(?) with her head down so as you can't see most of her face. I don't have a way to confirm this with pics though.

BTW, can someone post a pic of Desmond in the Others camp?

I've also heard that you can spot Desmond on the incoming sailboat with a rifle in his hands but I have yet to see proof.

Oh yeah, I remember seeing that guy. He didn't look like Desmond at all though...skinnier face, smaller eyes...but I could have just completely imagined that stuff. :) Maybe we can get a pic from a bit earlier when he's facing more towards the camera.

Not many eggs in this episode i think. I re-watched it and it's no-where-near Desmund. In fact, none of the actors in view were anyone we know so far.

Pretty sure the "her" was Miss Klugh, and they told her they were there so that she could come out and quiz Michael about Walt's medical and weirdness history.
I doubt she's the "HIM," nor is Zeke, I am pretty sure Him is someone we have not yet seen. We may have heard his name, but we haven't seem HIM.

It means that the light cast on the graphite pencil markings was more direct than that cast on the top half of the paper which is slightly folded; where, incidentally, all three of the other names appear in the same light. Nothing more.


The "umph" factor to that was that they knew his real name... a fact very very few losties knew themselves.

Maybe Kate, Jack and Sawyer are on the list because they had big issues with their parents. I mean, Walt and Michael weren't very close either. But I don't know why Hurley would be on the list. He seemed pretty loving in the scenes with his family so I doubt he had any parental issues.

2 things

The vaccine bottles are the ones they injected Clair with when Ethan had her in the hatch. They had the numbers on them too. I still beleive these either cause an illness due to some things I beleive Russeau said or they are simply a placebo.


Also good catch on the list, but i'll take it one further. The name James Ford is a different handwriting. It's subtle, but you can tell if you know what to look for.

if you really think about it for a second, each character on the list has a specific trait that may excell in the different experiments that the hanso foundation is conducting

take hurley for example... he was in a mental institution which would make him an excellent candidate for the mental health program

jack is a doctor .... maybe he could help the others in the research conducted for the life extension program

kate is obviusly a woman which would make her a candidate for the genome program since they are trying to figure out a way to stop birth defects

sawyer is an angry and unhappy person which could make him a candidate for the wellness and prevention program which is designed to teach people how to live a happier life

i know its not much to go on, but it makes a lot more sense than some of the theories that are out there

Anyone notice in 2x11 when Jack wakes up from his nap and looks into the dome and calls for Locke. But in 2x22 if thats what Jack did then he would have seen Michael sitting at the computer, as we seen last night. But we hear Jack call for Locke at some point most likely before looking into the dome, to Micheals advantage of not being seen by Jack.

I dunno if you would call that an easter egg. More like a small plot hole. The crew should have rewatched the begining of 2x11 again.

Also anyone else notice Zeke looked different in the behind the scenes parts of 2x11 in 2x22? The beard was all gray and not dirty brown, and his face was not dirty like in 2x11.

1. Locke now knows that Charlie knew where Sawyer's stash was, so Charlie must have been the one that helped Sawyer put one over on him.

2. It confirms Locke's belief that Charlie has a heroin stash of his own and that Charlie was using when he stole the baby.

The episode seems to spin this as an uplifting moment what with Charlie getting rid of the junk, but it might also be part of the reason why Locke kind of stomps off at the end.

Wait a minit!!! Didn't Charlie help Sawyer hide the guns anyway?? I mean, he was his accomplice in stealing them, so wouldn't Charlie already know where the guns were? So, if he knew that Sawyer had the guns and the heroin, why didn't he destroy them before??? That leads me to think that the whole experience of being a bad guy, hurting Sun, losing Claire, was healed by his building the church with Eko. So, when he asks Eko what he's supposed to do on his own, he discovers that it is to prove that he's a worthwhile guy. I like Charlie now...never said that before...feels nice. :)

don't forget though, it's still within the realm of possibility that they told michael to kill anna for this reason. we have only ever seen Hurley's mom and Grandfather never his dad. nor has he spoken of his father once. and it seems kate sawyer and jack all have daddy issues. so we just probablly haven't found out hurleys yet.

While I think you are right (and seeing Desmond in the previews pretty much solidifies it), it would have been possible for him to be in the camp and then later sail to the Lost beach. Keep in mind that it would only take a few hours to do so, and we saw that guy in the camp almost two weeks before the boat showed up.

When I saw that guy in the camp I thought for a moment that it was pretty cool they were bringing Oded Fehr onto the show, but I think they would have used him more if that had actually been him.

Sorry just thought I would correct you here. The blood on Jin's hands was not because he killed someone, as explained in a later episode! He beat up the man to prevent him from having to be killed because he did not want the man to die. ;)

Amen, there's no way that's Desmond, when i saw it on TV i didnt even do a double take, im 100% positive that's NOT him, it looks absolutely nothing like him except for the hair, it's DEFINITELY not him. But i dont agree with the fact that he's on the sailboat, i dont think that's him, he's obviously gonna be in the epi, but that's not gonna be him on the sailboat

Which makes me think that the others want Jack, Kate, Hrley and Sawyer for some other reason, which also leads me to ask, was henry telling Locke the truth, and remember, Henry easily could have left or killed Locke, but he did not.
I AM VERY CONFUSED, and I am wondering why Locke was not on the list.

Could it be that they, the Others, wanted those particular losties out of the way so they could attack the beach and the cave camps? Most of the guns are gone, they may have assumed that Sayid and others would try and counter attack and therefore even more of the aggresive types are drawn away from the camps! Leaving Claire and the Baby unprotected.

To me, this confirms that Tom is on the same Future-Seeing Conspiracy Team as Ms Keating, Charles Widmore and Brother Campbell. And I don't think that Daddy Widmore is a Good Guy.

Tom's tattoo may be the same as Ms Keatings but the tattoo itself generally symbolizes ideas of cyclicality, unity or infinity.

Hello Friends

I think I may have seen the same woman in both the Others camp and the funeral. When Michael is first brought in to the Others camp, the camera sort of pauses on one of the older women (she has medium-length brown hair...face a little wrinkly). At the funeral, she's standing behind Hurley(?) with her head down so as you can't see most of her face. I don't have a way to confirm this with pics though.
