I'm not too proficient with the search button, but I remember there was a site with the word cafe in it that was making some lost T-shirts, dunno if they do jackets too. Maybe it's worth a try?

which one? one of the vests or the jacket that she's wearing in the airport? I think the one from the airport is actually michelle rodriguez' jacket (she's worn it a ton, including to her trial), no idea where she got it...
