I love both cds, but I havent listened to the EP, I think thats what it is, but the cds are amazing. Heroine is awsome. It is nothing like Dear Diary.

Derek is teh sex...:) and he rocks on the drums! I will be seeing them at warped this year. still bummed that I missed them both times they were in Albany and the day after my birthday too :(

In my opinion From First To Last took a risk in making Heroine.

It's alot different than "Dear Diary...", every song has a different sound, but in a good way.

Still, in my opinion, they could have screamed in this record, I mean, in the last one they did, but in Heroine [atleast that I can remember] they didn't scream. :(
But, they are getting slightly older, more mature, different influences, etc.

But over-all,... brilliant record, if you haven't bought it yet, go now! ;)

Its the sound that they wanted. This was like the dream record that they always wanted to make, even though they knew that people were gonna conplain about it not being like Dear Diary. You gotta give them props for doing that even if you dont like the cd.

Little kids shouldnt be allowed at concerts let alone in the mosh pit. I remember the little kids at the Green Day concert I went to with signs that say "marry me Billie Joe!!!" and held them up in the mosh pit while I was forced to sit back in the seats. So I guess there were no circle pits for FOB at this concert :) they always have the worst ones which is really weird...

I'm not saying that Heroine is a bad record. I'm just saying that it's a different sound, which I happen to love.
The new style for them is probably going to lose some of their old fans, but gain alot more new ones. Getting new fans is always good.
Again, if you don't have it already, go buy it. Heroine is brilliant, different sounds on each song is what makes this record different from "Dear Diary..."

Okay, back to the mosh pit story. :D
When I was at a concert, and MxPx was playing, there was this parent standing in the middle of the freakin' mosh pit with his little kid right in front of him getting ticked off at us for bumping into him while we were moshing. :no:
Also, for all you guys out there, don't stand in the mosh pit trying to protect your girlfriend and getting mad at the moshers, it's really irritating. :mad:

Leaving Warped Tour
Unfortunately From First To Last is dropping off of Warped Tour due to the current condition of Sonny's voice. He will be having a mild surgery to remove a node, and the doctors assure us that Sonny will be full force come this fall when we tour. Thanks to everyone for making us the Energizer band almost everyday, and we are really sorry to all the people that didn’t get to watch us play at Warped Tour.

I heard about that.. that's really sad.. he actually got the surgey on Wed and he said he won't be able to do vocals traning until the 19.. I hope he's ok.. but they're not gonna be at the Warped show I'm going to, but I'm hoping I get to see them on they're fall tour
