Evey? Evie? Evi? - can anyone confirm a version

Ever since Evangeline's nickname, given to her by the "Lost" cast, came into the public, I've been pondering what the right way to write it could be - is it Evey, Evie or Evi?
I recently received a posting in my evangeline-lilly.net guestbook that is supposedly from Evangeline which I highly doubt by the way - but still the question popped up in my head again thanks to that posting - so I was wondering if anyone could help clarify which version is the "correct" one.
I know, stupid question, but it would be just great to know before I go on using an unofficial version.

That mentioned guestbook post, contained the following: "Just one little note... it's 'Evi', not 'Evey'. "

If that was really her, she doesn't seem like the type who would give a flying hoot how anyone spells her nickname. lol. But you never know. Ummmm, I usually spell it Evie...and that's how I've always seen it spelled. Just my two cents. That'd be cool if it was her, though. :)

EDIT: What is the Hawaii.rr thing next to her name? Her IP?

Yeah Evey is how I learned it from some random articles. Don't trust a guestbook signed by her- she doesn't post on the fuselage, and a lot of the actors do, so if she did, it might be a different story, you konw, showing us that she really does go online. I dunno. But I'm pretty sure it's evey.

I was actually wondering the same thing too... i usually spell it Evie but i've seen it being speller Evey too! I had no idea the Lost Cast came up with the nickname i thought it was just something she's used for a while now cuz her name is long...Cool Fact!

Hmm, see, no clarification at all. I saw it the first time written as Evie, then I heard Evey was the right way to spell it. And now I'm just plainly confused. I personally would prefer Evey.
