I'm so not convinced she's dead. I'm still waiting for news that she just had a terrible dream!!!!!!! and then Sayid brushes her hair away and says "It was just a dream, it's alright, you're safe with me" and then they can just hu forever then all Shayiders can *sigh* and be extremely happy agian even more because of the wonderful Shayid scene that just happened *snaps out of fantasy*-Awwwwwww I was dreaming lol:p:D

She's not dead, she's my favorite character. Maybe the other's kidnapped her and sent a clone out so the Islanders wouldn't suspect something...yea let's go with that.

Welcome to the new members :D I'm so glad I'm not the only one out there in denial..... 'Cause you know, she's really not dead. And I like that clone idea. It kinda connects with that whole "twins" theory that's been going around for a while. Geeze, why couldn't they have just landed on a normal island? I guess 'cause it wouldn't have been as exciting then. But I'm a true shipper, and though I enjoy the storylines, I'd be much content with watching my favorite couples snuggle every episode of the season, lol ;) Okay, maybe not. But I'd sure prefer that the rest of the world realized that she's not really dead, like we do.

I've had a dream recently, a Shayid one... My life situations, job and personal, made me forget about this thread and my broken Shayider heart - and all of a sudden this dream... I coudn't brush it off for the whole day that followed it. It felt just... mystical.

The Dream was very simple. They were in a huge, vast, beautiful rocky desert, you know, the Grand Canyon like... Sayid took Shannon in his arms and then started leaping - high and graceful - and then they were leaping over the mountains, embracing each other... It felt like they had a long and happy journey ahead... It was just so immensely beautiful. I felt so sad and happy at the same time. :o

Me, if I had that dream, all the details would've escaped me by morning because I like my sleep too much once I actually fall asleep, (even though strangely, I'm an insomniac). I wish I had Shayid dreams :( I did have a ConMama one the other night.... but that's for a different thread, lol. So, I went and re-watched some season 1 Shayid scenes, and I decided that she really cannot be dead. Yup, I just decided it. So that's the way it's going to be. I can't wait until the episode airs where she just magically pops up! I will be laughing my butt off at those people who actually believed for two seconds that she was dead :D

Anyway, I was making some art and looking at screen caps, and I have something else to add to my theory of why Shannon isn't dead; when they buried Boone, they had his face showing, and then covered it before they put him in the hole. "Shannon's" body was just completely wrapped in a blanket, and we didn't get to see her at all. Now come on, she was supposedly shot, in the chest. So you're telling me that she would look worse than Boone, who fell off a cliff? I seriously don't think it was Shannon they buried... but who, then??? :eh: :eh: :eh:

Or maybe that's a bunch of BS and I'm just grasping at every straw I can. But Shannon's not really dead, you know...

I just started watching Lost over my winter break and after using the 1st season DVD's to catch up I was able to borrow my friend's season 2 tapes and I was devasted to find out that one of my favorite characters, not to mention 1/2 of of my favorite ship, was already killed off. :mad:

For me it's been less than 2 months since I found out that Shannon is no longer and I am still unwilling to accept it. So with that said I would like to be added to the blissful world of denial club because as Dr. Meredith Grey said, "Denial is not just a river in Egypt, it's a freak'n ocean."
