Locke taking off his shoes to lower his precense in the hatch!!!! (OMG I was like Locke know's his stuff!!!)

When Locke is explaining that Kate is a fugitive and he is a regional supervisour collection manager of a cardboard box company. And Desmand said "Alright boxman tie her up".

Locke: I haven't seen one of those in 20 years!

Michael and Walt's scenes, they were FUNNY!!!

I actually didn't like the part when Locke took his shoes off. It was damp down there. Nobody likes walking around in wet socks. Besides, that wouldn't make him sneaky, he would just be squishing around.

and the band-aid line was priceless.

o.k fine all of Sawyers stuff was great :)

and the ending which was brilliant.

I also loved Kate's expression when the music came on. It was the same kind of WTF look that Jack had too.

I thought that the acting when Mike says good-bye to Walt, right after Walt and his mother leave and Mike looks like he is going to cry was wonderfully done. I really felt it. Same with the "We're home" line from Josh, great acting there too.
