Sorry but it..kinda looks photoshopped in there. It's product placement. All the shows do this. I know in the episode Adrift, which airs this Wednesday, that you can see a Ford Mustang in the distance through the trees in one shot. And I heard that in Orientation, there is a small Coke logo on the back of the seat at the computer. I don't know about the other eps yet.

well, it's possible, but not very probable. The whole "iPod hysteria" in which everyone who was anyone bought an iPod didn't happen until early 2005, so they'd have to be up on the scene to buy one. But it's very possible.

And even if it isn't someones iPod, subliminal products are seen all the time in TV shows. And movies. And ads. And...the list goes on, lol.

Either way, there was an iPod in the shot, and iTunes will have people thinking about iPods for weeks, wondering about the shot. I know I REALLY wanted a pop when they had that one frame of the Pepsi in fight club. And now I'm feeling all stupid w/o my iPod.

Has everyone forgot that these are NOT screen shots. These are promo pictures. Taken by someone ABC hired to photograph the actors doing what they do best, act. Each take of that scene probably took 1 minute, then 15 maybe 16 minutes to retake because everything needs to be reset. If she wants to listen to music she slaps on some headphones. Attention to detail is what makes this show watchable. Do you really think you will see an IPOD or the accent lighting on the show. Not likely. But feel free to keep discussing it.

on the season one dvd it actually shows evie and dom listening to music on the set - dom even mentions in the commentary that there was alot of ipod listening and music sharing during the filming.
i know that during lotr alot of music was shared between the hobbits and such and if i was an actor sitting around for ages no doubt id have my ipod at my side.

so um yea i think its possible product placement or just a slight error, they are promo pics after all. wether or not it turns up in the episode is another thing

I recall an episode last year where Hurley was walking around listening to music with headphones. The perspective was looking at everyone and hearing only the music he was listening too. I don't recall if he had an iPod or not.
