That is actually an outtake from the Jack Guy photoshoot for TV Guide, just like Sawyersgirl said. I guess they shot each cast member individually but in the end only went for Evey and Matthew, at least only in the latest issue of TV Guide.
And about the question how to attach a thumbnail - well when you upload via "Manage Attachments" then this will automatically create a thumbnail.
