Sorry guys, I'm invading this thread cause yall were talking about gymnastics. Its a tough sport, I did it for 10 years, 5 competitively. My brother did gymnastics for about as long as me too. lol. If you think gymnastics was too strenous try diving. Its great cause you can do alot of the flipping and twisting, and gymnasts can adjust to it really easily. But it doesn't take a whole lot of physical work. atleast as much as gymnastics did...
