Buffy the Vampire Slayer - I own every season on DVD and I watch the whole series atleast once a year. Nothing, including Lost, will ever beat this show. I literally grew up with this show, it started in her sophmore year of Highschool and that year I was a sophmore so I doubt anything will ever live up to that :-p
Lost- Close to Buffy but still doesn't touch it ^__~ I won't be surprised if I start watching this series once a year too :-p
Grey's Anatomy- Best new show besides Lost, I love it oh so much!
Medium- Wow, season one was excellent but two is even better!
Battlestar Gallactica- What can I say? It takes futuristic Sci fi to the level it needs to be!

Honorable mentions - All of these one day could make the list...I love them alot too! Veronica Mars, Roswell, Angel, ER, Friends, ER, Desperate housewives, 4400, Dead Like Me, Six Feet Under, Xena(oldschool), Hercules(moreold school), Roseanne(even MORe oldschool!)Smallville and Alias!
